The Health Minister, Paulo Macedo, points out that Portugal with this entry begins to participate in an important forum for discussion and thought on health, with the recognition of two highly prestigious institutions.
Portugal was represented by the consortium’s of Centro Hospital e Universitário de Coimbra and University of Coimbra. Paulo Macedo believes that the entry into the M8 Alliance is to give scale to the research projects and national innovation.
